Nathanael Kitingan

Nathanael acts for a range of individual and corporate clients in litigious, advisory and ADR matters. He adopts a commercial approach to resolving disputes by understanding each client’s business and working with them to meet their commercial objectives.

In addition to his Australian-based experience, Nathanael has also lived and worked in Malaysia, Indonesia and Sweden. He has a passion for languages; he is fluent in Malay and Indonesian, and is conversational in Swedish and several other languages. This has allowed him to add cross-cultural depth to his practice and relate to clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

Nathanael was admitted to the legal profession in 2006 and holds degrees in Science and Law from Monash University. He has served on the AMBC (Vic) board since 2014 and on August 26, 2021 was appointed President of AMBC Victoria.
