May 9th 2018 will forever remain a historic day in Malaysia.

After only having one government for the 61 years since independence, ordinary Malaysians took control and voted overwhelming for a wholesale change.  An unlikely coalition of a 92 year-old former prime minister, three political detainees, and five different political parties came together under the Pakatan Harapan flag, and was convincingly swept into power despite all odds.

The people are understandably euphoric, but what does the future hold for Malaysia?  Will the coalition hold, or will they succumb to political infighting?  What direction will they take the country, and can they stay the course?

Join us and a panel of experts as we explore these issues and discuss what has happened in the first 100 days.

Program for the evening:

  • Presentations by a panel of experts
  • Q&A session
  • Networking drinks & canapes

Please book early to avoid disappointment - this event is likely to sell out very quickly!
