Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting

We wish to advise that the AMBC Victoria's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will now be held on Tuesday, 23 August 2022. 

All members are welcome. Please note that only financial members for the current 2022/2023 year are eligible to vote at the AGM and be elected to office.

All members are welcome.  Please note that only financial members for the current 2022/23 year are eligible to vote at the AGM and be elected to office. You can confirm your attendance by registering above.  If you are unable to attend, you can submit your proxy using the proxy form below.

Amendments to Constitution

It is proposed that the be Constitution updated to bring it in line with the recommended standard of rules for incorporated associations in Victoria.

We will circulate the proposed changes prior to the AGM.

Board and Committee positions available

As per our new Constitution, four Board seats are vacated every AGM.  Members are encouraged to nominate and participate as Board members.

Financial members that wish to nominate for a Board position should submit the nomination form below by COB on 16 August 2022.

Board members are encouraged to chair a committee and develop related activities and programs.

The President's and Treasurer's Report will be distributed prior to the AGM to those who request it and will be tabled at the meeting.  It will also be made available after the AGM to any member who is unable to attend and requests a copy.
