We wish to advise that the AMBC Victoria's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will now be held at 6pm on Wednesday, 21 August 2024.

All members are welcome. Please note that only financial members for the current 2024/2025 year are eligible to vote at the AGM and be elected to office.

Attendance and Proxies

All members are welcome.  Please note that only financial members for the current 2024/25 year are eligible to vote at the AGM and be elected to office. You can confirm your attendance by registering above. If you are unable to attend, you can submit your proxy using the proxy form below. Alternatively, if you wish to attend the AGM online, please reach out to our Secretariat.

Board and Committee positions available

As per our new Constitution, four Board seats are vacated every AGM.  Members are encouraged to nominate and participate as Board members.

Financial members that wish to nominate for a Board position should submit the nomination form below by COB on 12 August 2024.

Board members are encouraged to chair a committee and develop related activities and programs.

The President's and Treasurer's Report will be distributed prior to the AGM to those who request it and will be tabled at the meeting.  It will also be made available after the AGM to any member who is unable to attend and requests a copy.

Please note that members who have registered attendance for the AGM will not need to register again for post AGM drinks.
